As part of the U.S. energy industry’s midstream segment, SemGas® provides infrastructure that helps gather gas from the wellhead and move it to the marketplace. The company offers customers natural gas gathering, processing and marketing services.

We own and operate 1,229 miles of gathering pipelines in Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas and three processing facilities in the northern Oklahoma region of the Mississippi Lime play and in Sherman, Texas with 223 mmcf/d of capacity. We have an additional 400 mmcf/d of processing capacity under construction in northern Oklahoma.

In northern Oklahoma, we have cryogenic plants with a total capacity of 200 mmcf/d including the recently completed 125 mmcf/d cryogenic processing unit. Our northern Oklahoma assets also include 443 miles of gathering pipeline.

The Sherman plant is in north central Texas. It is a refrigerated, lean-oil plant with 340 miles of high and low-pressure gathering pipeline.

Our Kansas gathering system located in south central Kansas has approximately 381 miles of pipeline. In eastern Oklahoma, our Eufaula pipeline system gathers, dehydrates and compresses gas. This system was originally built to serve the coalbed methane development area between the North Canadian and South Canadian Rivers. The pipeline consists of a 12-inch steel mainline and several miles of 8-inch, 6-inch and 4-inch laterals, for a total of 65 miles.
