SemGroup offers incentive programs that promote health, wellness and work-life balance.

MEDICAL
Generally, SemGroup pays 80 percent of overall health costs for our employees. We have two medical options to choose from:

  • Preferred Provider Option (PPO)
  • High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP)

Our medical plans are available to all full-time employees, effective on the first day of the month immediately following their hire date. For example, an employee hired on January 20 becomes eligible for benefits on February 1st.

VISION
SemGroup’s Vision plan is offered through VSP® Vision Care.

DENTAL
SemGroup’s Dental plan is offered through Delta Dental.

RETIREMENT
The SemGroup 401(k) plan features both a traditional 401(k) with pre-tax contributions and a Roth 401(k) with after-tax contributions.  SemGroup will match employee contributions dollar for dollar up to 5 percent of eligible pay.

EMPLOYEE STOCK PURCHASE PLAN
The SemGroup ESPP offers employees the ability to purchase SemGroup Corporation stock at a discount using after-tax payroll deductions.

TIME OFF AND HOLIDAYS
Everyone needs time to refresh and revitalize. The company offers paid time off as vacation, sick and floating holiday at the beginning of each year for employees. The vacation amount offered is based on service time with SemGroup. Employees also receive 9 paid calendar holidays.
